On this website you can securely order online through Paypal by direct deposit to my account. Once you finished shopping you can login to your Paypal account or pay by credit card without logging in.
After selecting the toy of your liking you will be referred to Paypal. To continue shopping press continue shopping. For payment and checkout press continue. Please contact me if you have any problems checking out and paying via Paypal. Please note that I will only send you your order after the payment has been cleared.

Gift Wrapping

If you would like your order gift wrapped, please tick the box at checkout. Gift wrapping costs £2.50. If you would like me to add a special Olmoost card with a handwritten message, please leave your message at checkout as well.You can have your order sent to any address, not just your own.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item, please let me know. As all toys are handmade for each individual order, I unfortunately cannot refund items you are not happy with. I can however discuss a replacement. If a product is faulty, please email me at info@olmoost.com with the complaint and pictures of the broken item.
I cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

All toys have felt on the outside and are filled with New Generation Ball fibre polyester toy filling that complies with British Fire Safety regulations.
Please note that as all of the toys are handmade, they will vary from those shown on this website. Slight variations in fabric colour from the pictures shown may occur.
All toys are suitable for all ages except the music boxes, which due to small parts have to be kept out of reach of children under 3 years.

Note that as everything is handmade there is a limited amount of orders I can take at once. In busy times delivery of your order could take longer than 3 days. You will always be notified if this is the case.
