I will send your order to any location and within 3 working days after the payment has been cleared. All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class with the following rates:
UK/EU international
Orders below £15: £2.25 for international delivery costs
Orders between £15 and £50: £3.25 please contact me.
Orders between £50 and £75: £3.75
Orders above £75: free of cost
Royal mail delivery times vary. They state 1-2 business days for delivery in the UK.
It will take 3-7 business days for delivery in Europe and 7-10 days international, depending on the country it is sent to.
Timing of delivery and costs for birth announcement orders vary.
Terms and conditions
If you are not happy with an item, please let me know. As all toys are handmade for each individual order, I unfortunately cannot refund items you are not happy with. I can however discuss a replacement. If a product is faulty, please email me at info@olmoost.com with the complaint and pictures of the broken item.
I cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Note that as everything is handmade there is a limited amount of orders I can take at once. In busy times delivery of your order could take longer than 3 days. You will always be notified if this is the case.
