Terms and conditions
If you are not happy with an item, please let me know. As all toys are handmade for each individual order, I unfortunately cannot refund items you are not happy with. I can however discuss a replacement. If a product is faulty, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the complaint and pictures of the broken item.
I cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Note that as everything is handmade there is a limited amount of orders I can take at once. In busy times delivery of your order could take longer than 3 days. You will always be notified if this is the case.
